Day 1: "From Where I Stand"
Here are my feet, standing on the wonderful wooden floor of the gallery space at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. We had just finished strolling through the Gee's Bend Quilts, Thornton Dial, and Bill Traylor exhibits. Artists who didn't realize they were artists until someone told them.
